| FindMeAPad's Rebate Policy!                           |
|
Upon successfully finding a new apartment and reporting your lease to FindMeAPad.com you may choose either a
Cash Rebate up to $500 or FREE Move!   Rebate amounts are based upon your monthly net effective rent and lease length.
Rebate amounts are displayed next to each community in the apartment listings.
The following provisions must be satisfied in order to qualify for a Cash Rebate or FREE Move:
You must register with FindMeAPad.com before your first visit to the property where you have signed a new lease.
Register with each community online using FindMeAPad.com before you visit the community.
    Failure to register with the community will cost you your rebate and or free move.
You must sign a new lease with and become a new tenant of the reported property.
You must write 'FindMeAPad.com' on the Guest Card, Lease Application, and Lease as the sole referral source for the property
    where you have signed a new lease.
You must report your new lease using our website within 30 days of your lease signing.
To be entitled to a FREE MOVE you must report your lease to FindMeAPad.com using our website at least 7 days prior to your move date.
    Failure to provide at least 7 days notice prior to your move will make you eligible for the Cash Rebate only.
The complex reported must be listed on FindMeAPad.com
The complex reported must still participate in at least a 50% commission structure.
You must live at the reported property and meet the terms of your lease for at least 90 days.
Section 8 apartments may or may not qualify for FindMeAPad.com's cash rebate program.   Please contact FindMeAPad.com for details.
If you fail to fulfill the terms of your lease you will be responsible for reimbursing FindMeAPad.com
for any rebates and or move services received.

*You may not be eligible for a rebate or free move on a lease length less than 6 months. We will work with the community and
do our best to get you a full or prorated rebate if the community honors the lease and associated commission.
*Only one rebate or free move service will be offered per lease signed.
*Only one occupant per apartment may report the lease and claim the reward.
*You will not be eligible for a rebate on a lease for a complex in which you already reside or a sister
complex where you have signed a new lease.
*A 'sister complex' is a property that is owned or managed by the same property management company
as the property where you previously resided.
*Subject to above FindMeAPad.com will not be liable for any rebates not received.

| How to Collect Your Rebate |
|
Using FindMeAPad.com find the desired apartment.
Register with FindMeAPad.com before you visit your chosen complex.
Register with the community thru FindMeAPad.com prior to your visit.
Visit the property, write 'FindMeAPad.com' on the Guest Card, Lease Application, and Lease.
Please print out this page and take it with you when you visit the property.

Sign your lease and report it to FindMeAPad.com
Once you report your lease we will verify with the apartment community.   Upon approval we will either start processing your Cash Rebate or
    our moving supervisor will contact you regarding the specifics of your FREE Move.

| How long does it take to receive my Cash Rebate? |
|
Cash rebates are typically received 6-12 weeks after your move-in date or lease report date, whichever is later, provided the community has paid
our locator fee.
Rebates are paid on your negotiated effective monthly rent and lease length and not the quoted or advertised market rate.

| What is included in my FREE Move? |
FindMeAPad.com realizes that moving is stressful enough let alone worrying about the headache and cost of arranging for your own move.
That's why FindMeAPad.com's FREE MOVE offer is committed to keeping your out-of-pocket move expenses as low as possible.
Unlike a lot of our competition, who nickel and dime their clients for various move exceptions, FindMeAPad.com pays for move expenses by the hour.
This way there is no limit on the number of boxes, the number of rooms, specialty items, floors, distance from the front door, etc., etc.
It's purely a matter of how long it takes to move all of your belongings from one location to another.
Thus it essential that you are prepared when the movers arrive so you are getting the most value for your time!
If your effective rent is $600 or less you cannot qualify for the free move but instead will receive a cash rebate.
FindMeAPad.com will pay for move services according to the following schedule:
Rent > $600   = 2.5 hours of move time
Rent > $900   = 3.0 hours of move time
Rent > $1100 = 3.5 hours of move time
Rent > $1300 = 4.0 hours of move time
Rent > $1500 = 4.5 hours of move time
Rent > $2000 = 5.0 hours of move time
Moving time required above and beyond the provided allowance will be charged in 15 minute increments and is your responsibility.
The listed timeframes should be more than ample provided you are prepared, which would include the following:
All beds must be disassembled prior to your moving team's arrival.
All boxes must be taped and sealed prior to your moving team's arrival.
All items must be removed from furniture prior to your moving team's arrival.
All appliances and electronics should be disconnected and readied for loading.

The following cities will incur additional trip charges and should be accounted for in your move duration total:
Houston Market - 30 minute trip charge for the following:
Baytown, Cypress, Deer Park, Friendswood, Fulsher, Humble, Katy, Kingwood, League City, Pasadena, Pearland, Richmond, Spring, Texas City, Tomball
Houston Market - 60 minute trip charge for the following:
Conroe, Galveston, Kemah, Magnolia, The Woodlands
Boxes over 50 lb. limit are $2 extra per box
All beds must be disassembled prior to the arrival of the movers
Any additional pickup and drop-off location charges are $20 per location and $1.20 per mile
If you are moving beyond our move it for free service area, you must pay $1.20 per mile
All boxes must be taped and sealed. We are not responsible for packing.
All items must be removed from furniture
We are not responsible for damages to items within boxes.
We are not responsible for damages to particleboard furniture.
We are not responsible for water damage from connecting or disconnecting appliances.
We are not responsible for electrical damages from connecting or disconnecting appliances.
Breakable objects like mirrors and glass must be removed from furniture prior to the move.
A $75 per hour fee will be charged to you if the movers must wait for you to move.
We reserve the right to refuse to move any items we feel we cannot move safely.
We are not held liable for any losses or damages that may occur during your move.
You are responsible for getting excess property insurance to safeguard your property during your move.
Coverage is available from the moving company performing your move.
All moves are managed by Ameritex Apt. Movers Inc.
Ameritex Apt. Movers is properly insured in accordance with TX Dot # 557638-B
and a member of the Better Business Bureau.

Additional full-replacement coverage for valuable items can be purchased.
FindMeAPad.com shall not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages incurred
as a result of services performed by Ameritex Apt. Movers Inc.
